Strand-by-strand keratin bonding — K-tip or keratin-tip extensions, as the trade calls them — for the most natural, undetectable result of any method. Each tiny bond moves like your own hair — the choice of clients across Chennai who want extensions nobody can spot.
Fusion extensions attach small sections of premium human hair to your own strands using keratin — the same protein your hair is made of. Each bond is tiny, flexible and placed with precision, so the result is invisible from every angle and completely secure.
Because the hair is applied strand by strand, density is fully customisable: subtle thickening around the crown, full-length transformation, or anything in between. It is the longest-lasting option we offer and the closest to naturally grown hair.
We analyse your hair type, density and goals in person or on WhatsApp.
Premium 100% human hair matched precisely to your natural shade.
Applied by trained specialists, with care for your own hair and scalp.
A simple care routine plus scheduled maintenance visits.
Keratin fusion is the most undetectable method we offer, because there is no panel or row to conceal. Each bond joins a small section of your own hair individually, so the extensions move independently and you can part your hair anywhere, tie it fully up, or wear it in a high bun without anything showing. If you want length you can forget about for months at a time, this is the method that does it — three to five months per fitting.
The trade-off is time and permanence. Application is three to four hours of continuous strand-by-strand work, which is most of an afternoon and is why it is the most expensive method on our list. The bond is softened with heat to attach and needs a solvent to remove, so it is not something you take out at home or change your mind about in a fortnight.
It also is not the method for hair that is fine or fragile. Every bond hangs its weight from one small section of your own hair, and on hair that is already breaking that is the wrong kind of load. If that is your situation we will steer you towards nano rings or lightly spaced tape instead. We would rather turn the work down than fit something that costs you your own hair.
Between fittings, the care that matters is detangling. Work upwards from the ends with a soft brush and keep conditioner off the bonds themselves — conditioner softens keratin, which is exactly what you do not want at the attachment point.
Keratin tip extensions, K-tip extensions, keratin bond extensions and fusion extensions are the same thing: a small keratin tip on each strand of extension hair, melted onto a section of your own with a heated tool and rolled into a bond the size of a grain of rice. The names come from different suppliers, not different methods.
Keratin bonds are the longest-lasting attachment we fit — the wear time is in the table on our the prices page — and the question is whether your hair can carry them for that long. Fine, thin or thinning hair usually cannot; the bond concentrates weight on a small section, and we will recommend nano rings or tape instead. Short hair needs enough length to cover the bonds, roughly a bob or longer. Our how-long guide sets the timelines side by side.
Keratin extension removal is done in the studio with a solvent that softens the bond, then the strand slides off — an hour or so for a full head, from ₹2,000. Maintenance between fittings is simpler than tape: no move-ups, just a check and the care routine. Keratin hair extensions in Chennai start from ₹15,000 with us, fitted by keratin specialists at any of our three studios; compare it with the other methods on our hair extension services page, or read the hair extension guide first.
Keratin fusion is the classic strand-by-strand method: a keratin tip bonded to a small section of your own hair. Two variants give the same one-strand-at-a-time result with less heat, and we fit both.
Mini tip extensions use a keratin tip roughly half the size of a standard bond. Smaller bonds mean more of them, spread over more of your hair, so each carries less weight and sits flatter — which is why we reach for them on fine hair and around the hairline, where a standard bond can show. They are fitted with a lower-heat tool and removed the same way as keratin fusion.
Ice glue extensions — sometimes called cold fusion — attach the strand with a cold-setting bond instead of a heated one. The applicator sets the bond without a hot tool touching your hair at all, which suits anyone whose hair has been through bleach or chemical straightening and should not see heat again. The look and the maintenance are the same as keratin fusion; the difference is entirely in how the bond is set.
Which of the three suits you is decided at the consultation, from your hair’s thickness, condition and how you wear it. All three are quoted on the same basis — grams, length and grade — and mini tip and ice glue fittings are quoted per head rather than from the price list.
Yes — keratin is the protein hair is naturally made of. Our specialists control bond size and placement so your own hair keeps growing healthily underneath.
A full head typically takes 2–4 hours depending on density. Partial thickening sessions are faster — we confirm timing at your free consultation.
Yes. The hair is 100% human, so straighteners and curlers work normally — just keep direct heat away from the bonds.
Keratin fusion starts from ₹15,000 and is the most expensive method we fit. It is the stylist’s time that makes it so — three to four hours of strand-by-strand work, not different hair. The hair is the same hair used for tape or weft. See the price list by method for what is included in a fitting.
Keratin-tipped strands with a bond about half the size of a standard fusion bond. More, smaller bonds spread the weight, sit flatter and hide better on fine hair and at the hairline; they are fitted with a lower-heat tool and removed the same way as keratin fusion. Quoted at the consultation.
Strand-by-strand extensions attached with a cold-setting bond rather than a heated one — no hot tool touches your hair. The result and the maintenance are the same as keratin fusion; it is the choice for hair that has been bleached or chemically straightened and should not see heat again. Quoted at the consultation.
