A fine, breathable mesh fitted over the thinning area with your own hair drawn through it, so your hair stays visible and keeps growing while added human hair fills the density. Non-surgical, no adhesive on the scalp, fitted privately at our Chennai studios.
Mesh integration sits between a topper and a full hair system. A lightweight mesh, cut to the area that has thinned, is secured to your surrounding hair with small rings and hand-tied knots. Your own hair is then drawn through the mesh strand by strand, so it lies on top and blends with the human hair attached to the mesh. The result is density where you had gaps, with your own hair doing most of the work.
It is a cosmetic solution: it does not treat the cause of thinning and it does not claim to regrow anything. What it does is let you keep wearing your own hair — washing, tying and styling it — while the thin area is filled. If your dermatologist is treating the cause, mesh integration works alongside that, and we will ask what they have said before recommending it.
Thinning spread across the crown and top rather than a single spot, with enough healthy hair at the sides and back to anchor the mesh to. Most people who choose it have tried a topper and found taking it off and on every day tiresome, or have too little hair for extensions to hide the gaps. It also suits women who want their own hair in play — parted, tied, styled — rather than covered.
Thinning at one spot is a topper. No hair on top, or loss that is still moving during medical treatment, is a wig or a system, and we wait rather than fit a mesh to hair that is about to change. A scalp that is sore or inflamed is one we do not fit to at all until it has settled.
After the consultation we template the area and choose the mesh and the hair — shade, texture, density and grey percentage matched to yours. On the day the mesh is anchored to your surrounding hair with rings and knots, your own hair is drawn through it, the added hair is blended, and everything is cut in dry so the shape is the one you actually wear. Allow a few hours; you leave with the wash and styling routine written down.
As your hair grows the mesh moves with it and needs re-fitting; the interval depends on your growth and is set at the fitting, then adjusted at the first service. Our maintenance page describes what a visit involves. Mesh integration is quoted at the consultation, and you have the figure before anything is ordered.

No. A topper is a separate piece that clips on over the area and comes off at night. Mesh integration is fitted to stay in: the mesh is anchored to your own hair and your hair is drawn through it, so it is worn continuously between servicing visits.
The mesh anchors with rings and knots rather than adhesive, and the weight is spread across the whole area rather than concentrated at a few points. The safeguard is the servicing schedule: as your hair grows the mesh moves away from the scalp and has to be re-fitted; skip that and tension builds. We set the interval at the fitting.
Yes. You wash and dry as normal, and the added hair is human hair that takes heat and colour. We show you the routine at the fitting and go through it again at the first service.
It is quoted at the free consultation, because the mesh is cut to your area and the hair is matched to yours. You have the figure before anything is ordered.
